Due to the Covid situation we have had to cancel some retreats and aren't taking bookings until we are allowed to resume. We are hoping our Springbrook August 13-15  retreat can go ahead. Please click below if you'd like to receive an email to let you know when retreats resume.

Join us in the rainforest at Springbrook - 

  • Just 45min from the Gold Coast, 1.5hrs from Brisbane and a few hours from the Sunshine coast

  • Arrival at the retreat is 1pm-3pm Friday and ends around 1pm Sunday. 

  • Retreat away from technology, from small-talk, from cooking, cleaning and planning, and just BE.

  • Yoga classes are totally optional, you don't have to go to any classes and still reap the rewards and the benefits of the retreat

  • All yoga/meditation classes are suitable for complete beginners...a wonderful introduction to yoga and meditation.  

  • In your free time you might re-discover those lost simple pleasures like: 

  • colouring in a Mandala

  • lying in the grass and finding animal shapes in the clouds 

  • Gazing off into the distance at the majestic view from the waterfall, and in the silence find your inner calm and wisdom
