Escape into the tranquil forest of Springbrook (Gold Coast Hinterland) for a weekend of silence.

Switching off your devices, stepping away from the busy-ness of life and melting into the simplicity of just being with your body and your breath, can lead to profound shifts and insights into yourself and your direction in life.

You will learn many tools and techniques to bring into your daily life, that will bring more clarity plus peace and calm into your life and your relationships.

Our private chef will be nourishing us with delicious meals and you have the most beautiful, tranquil surrounds to retreat into...including a towering waterfall to walk to, with views to the horizon.

Everyone has a single room (with shared bathroom).

Being cosy in the rainforest in winter is truly a magical experience! Each bed has an electric blanket, the yoga room is heated and there is a roaring log fireplace in the dining/lounge room.

Arrival time: Friday between 1pm - 3pm (a delicious home-made cake & tea/coffee will await you).

The silence doesn't start until after dinner on the first day, so you can get settled in and chat to others etc and find out how it all works.   

The retreat will conclude just after lunch on Sunday. 



7.30am - "Greet the morning" yoga in the heated yoga room.

8.30am - Delicious, healthy breakfast prepared by our private chef. 


11am - Yoga class (in each yoga class options are always given for beginners to intermediate so that you can practice at your own pace).

12.30pm - Lunch (organic food, is used where possible in all our retreat meals)

Free time - take a nap, wander through the forest to the incredible waterfall and look-out that's on the property, let your creativity flow by journalling, drawing, knitting...whatever makes your heart sing and you perhaps don't usually have time to do. 

2pm - an indulgent cake that has come straight from the oven, for afternoon tea


3pm - Sound Meditation, using the powerful vibrations from "singing bowls"


4pm - Delightfully relaxing "Yin and Restorative" yoga class

6.30pm - Dinner in front of a roaring log-fire

7.30pm - "Yoga Nidra". An extremely relaxing guided meditation done lying down. This is also called "yoga sleep". It will guide you into a deep relaxation, so you can then float off to a peaceful nights sleep

All sessions are optional and you can attend as much or as little as you like. 



Rest: 2 nights accommodation in a single room (shared bathroom. There are 2 ensuited rooms available).
